The Challenge

Luxury Destinations needed a branded platform that served two audiences — travelers searching for curated luxury stays and property owners looking for elevated management — while pulling live data from Hostaway and standing apart from generic listing sites.

The Solution

Built a Next.js application with real-time Hostaway API integration for property data, pricing, and availability. Added a search-driven booking flow with date and guest filtering, curated Park City experiences and activity guides, an amenity showcase, a property management funnel for owners, and a partner credibility section featuring Marriott Bonvoy, Deer Valley, and Airbnb.
